What can I use your products for?

All our products are strictly for research use only and are available exclusively to qualified researchers in laboratories. These products are not approved nor sold for any human use, veterinary use, including but not limited to clinical trials, therapeutic use or any form of consumption.

How shoud i store your products?

Our products should be stored in cooler temperatures, away from direct heart and sunlight. For long term storage we recommend to store products in their lyophilized form in the freezer at temperature –20 °C

Orders And Payments

What are the available payment methods?

We offer Credit/Debit card processing (VISA/Mastercard) and crypto currency payments. If you have any suggested payment methods you would like email us on info@heluslab.com

What if my order arrives damaged or is missing items

Email info@heluslab.com with your order number, clear description of the problem and we will resolve your problem as soon as possible.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Email info@heluslab.com with the order number, reason for the refund request and we will handle your request as soon as possible.

Can I return or exchange a product I purchased?

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns but we are open to resolve any issues with your order, email info@heluslab.com with your problem and we will attempt to resolve it as soon as possible.

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our mainland EU warehouse.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most mainland EU countries.

How long does it take to receive my order?

After payment is confirmed we aim to dispatch all orders within 24hours and typically shipping to mainland EU takes 2-5 working days.

How can I track my order status?

Go to my account -> orders -> view details. On the order you want to track.

We will email you once the status of your order changes and the tracking number once it is available.

What if i accidently ship to the wrong address?

We can only reship your order if it is returned to us. We recommend contacting your local post office and asking them to reroute your package to the correct address.
