- Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us immediately.
- Incorrect Items: If we have shipped the wrong product, notify us within 14 days. Proof of the discrepancy, such as photos or descriptions, may be required.
- Time Limit: Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of receipt.

- Returns: due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns.
