  • Order Processing and Dispatch
  • Order Confirmation: All orders placed through our online store are processed within 1 business day of receipt of confirmed payment.
  • Payment Verification: Orders will only be dispatched after full verification of payment. Verification typically takes less than 24 hours, but in some cases may take longer.
  • Processing Time: Orders paid before 2:00 PM on weekdays are generally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Preparation: All products are prepared, packed, and labeled in compliance with EU standards. Orders are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
  • We charge a flat fee for shipping shown during checkout process. Most orders get delivered 2-5 working days after dispatch. Orders exceeding €120 may qualify for free shipping within the EU, subject to current promotional offers.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs procedures, courier logistics, or adverse weather conditions. COMPANYPLACEHOLDER is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

  • Shipment Tracking and Notifications

  • We recommend checking the tracking information regularly and ensuring someone available at your delivery address to receive the parcel.
  • In case of delays, please contact the courier directly using the tracking details provided.

  • Currently, we only ship within the European Union.
  • We do NOT ship to countries, regions, or jurisdictions where the import or use of research chemicals, including peptides, is prohibited by law.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that importing such research materials complies with local legislation.
  • Undeliverable Shipments and Returned Parcels
  • If the address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or delivery is refused, the parcel will be returned to COMPANYPLACEHOLDER.
  • Additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery or re-routing.
  • COMPANYPLACEHOLDER is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs procedures, or failed delivery attempts.
  • Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and provide accurate, complete delivery details.
  • Handling Customs and Import Taxes
  • All shipments are shipped free of customs duties and taxes within the EU for standard deliveries. However, local customs procedures may cause delays.
